Fely Curva, Ph.D.
Fely Curva has served as project lead evaluator in several multi-year research and evaluation projects for the Florida Department of Health, Tobacco Pilot Program including fitness and education programs in public and private schools, museum-based tobacco education programs; sports organizations tobacco education programs; and non-profit and community-based minority tobacco control programs. She also participated in several research projects including the feasibility study of the creation of the medical school at Florida State University. She has authored numerous grants and research projects in gerontology primarily in the areas of labor and employment, housing, disabilities, education, and caregiver training. Dr. Curva also provides legislative and administrative advocacy to organizations in the fields of gerontology, education, disabilities, and social welfare.

Sande Milton, Ph.D.
Sande Milton is Professor of Educational Foundations and Policy Studies at the Florida State University where he has also served as department chairperson. He studied at Cornell University, where he received degrees in French Literature, Education, and Sociology. He has also served as Director of the Center for Policy Studies in Education at FSU. Dr. Milton has done extensive research on educational policy, with an emphasis on community and local governance of educational systems. He has also written in the area of sampling methodology and growth curve analysis. He has published in such journals as Public Opinion Quarterly, Educational Policy, Social Science Quarterly, and Polity.

Leisa Reinecke Flynn, Ph.D.
Dr. Flynn earned her BA at Spring Hill College in Mobile, Alabama, an MBA from the University of New Orleans, and a Ph.D. in Marketing from the University of Alabama. She has taught at the University of New Orleans, The American University, and since 1990, at Florida State University where she has won two teaching awards and has served as Chairman of the Marketing Department. Her specialties are in the areas of consumer psychology, retailing, and survey design. She is regularly quoted in business related stories in local and national newspapers. She is the author of more than 30 scholarly articles and has made presentations at many marketing conferences. Recently, Dr. Flynn wrote a chapter in Interactive Marketing entitled, "Interactive Retailing: More Choices, More Chances, More Growth."
